STAGES OF PREGNANCY
Watching the Belly Grow
It feels like the belly is growing very slowly at the beginning. At some point you just feel fat. But all of a sudden there it is, a beautiful pregnant belly! People start noticing and asking about your due date, on the subway you are offered a seat most of the time and you feel like NOW you are really pregnant!

BEFORE I KNEW I WAS PREGNANT

Before I knew I was pregnant I went on a 2 weeks beautiful trip with my family! It was truly amazing! I had a great time! And did everything I wasn't supposed to do: drink, smoke, ride a bike everywhere...Ohhhhh

RIGHT AFTER WE KNEW ABOUT OUR PREGNANCY
Mexico, November 2007
It wasn't planned! We knew it was about time, but we did not plan a pregnancy. I came back from Paris feeling soooooo exhausted, I'd go to sleep every night at 9:30 pm. Also, I felt kind of stuffed every time I ate, and just a bit nouseous. When I told this to Eran he had the smartest idea: Let's buy a pregnancy test in the pharmacy, duh! Ok, we did it, got home and...POSITIVE, it was POSITIVE! I freaked out! I was so happy and overwhelmed, I went under the blanked and cried for like 30 min! Eran was kind of scared asking me: Aren't you happy? I was, I surely was! It was just too much to handle!
So me and Eran went on a romantic and adventurous trip to Mexico a little bit after we knew about our pregnancy. I was so excited that I forgot to make a visa to go to Mexico! Well, we postponed the trip and it was incredible anyway! People say that pregnant women get really forgetfull. That was my big excuse!

CELEBRATING NEW YEAR IN BRAZIL

I had already my ticket to spend the Christmas and New Year in Brazil since July. Eran did not have vacation at this time. It was hard to be apart knowing we had a little baby together. I had a wonderful time in Brazil, but it was really hard to be without him.
There I read my first book about being a mom! My dear friend Dedeia gave it to me! Mothern - Manual da Mãe Moderna. Really cool!
